This vegan parmesan is easy to make and so delicious you'll want to sprinkle it on everything.
Ingredients
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until it reaches a fine consistency. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator and sprinkle on pasta, pizza, salad or any dish you choose!
