The perfect vegan caesar dressing that takes just 5 minutes to make.
1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce
2 cloves crushed or minced fresh garlic
Combine all ingredients into mason jar and shake to combine. If dressing is too thick, add 1 Tbsp of water at a time until it's your preferred consistency.
