With many years of experience as a yoga teacher and a certification as a personal trainer, I can customize our time together to best fit your needs and goals.
Our time together can include a combination of strength training and yoga, mindfulness and meditation or you can choose which you'd like to focus on. A discovery call can help us identify your goals so that I can create a custom plan for you.
Custom programs will require a commitment of 6 to 8 weeks, at least twice a week.
